When South Florida property developer Aldo Stark set out to build a monumental modern mansion in Delray Beach’s prestigious Stone Creek Ranch enclave, he prioritized volume, light, and, most importantly, plenty of space to house an extensive collection of Ferraris. Dubbed Casa Maranello, after the town in Italy where the iconic automotive brand is based, and now listed for $55 million, the single-level home sprawls over almost 22,000 square feet with a living room large enough to display a vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, plus a 12-car auto showroom and a massive motor court. Other highlights include a lavish use of onyx, including on a 30-foot-long bar, a Bulgari-themed spa complete with a Himalayan salt room, and a 95-foot-long pool with a complementary cabana. Meanwhile, interior designer Meredith Huron brought sumptuous glamour to a stately 12,000-square-foot Tudor-style home in Winnipeg, Canada.
