Town Sports Accused of Unjustly Charging Members, Refusing Cancellations During Coronavirus Shutdown

A New York Sports Clubs member claims in a class action lawsuit that her club’s parent company, Town Sports International, is responsible for fraudulent consumer conduct and breach of contract for ignoring membership cancellation requests and continuing to charge members whose clubs have been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
