TPG Telecom extends due diligence extension for Vocus; Iceye to monitor flood and bushfire across Australia; Data management policies in companies unchanged despite multiple breaches

TPG Telecom is extending until 4 October a due diligence grace period to fibre company Vocus to manage its $6.3 billion offer to acquire parts of its enterprise, government and wholesale assets, and related fixed structure.
