The terrorist was neutralized by an armed civilian on the scene. This terror attack comes amidst a week of rising tensions in the West Bank, where seven people have been killed in various attacks. This morning’s attack is a devastating reminder of the daily threats we face. Today also marked by another tragedy when two soldiers were killed in a helicopter malfunction over Rafah.
