This course covers the layers of protection analysis (LOPA) risk assessment methodology and guidance. It explains when and how it should be applied and provides examples of pitfalls identified during the assessment of numerous LOPA studies.
NEBOSH HSE certificate in process safety management
10 to 13 November
Developed by NEBOSH and HSE, this 4-day course provides a wide-ranging introduction to process safety management and the common hazards found in the process industries.
This course identifies the COMAH duties for lower tier establishments and what needs to be done to comply with them. It also explains the duties that fall to the Competent Authority and local government.
