As per BBGV partnership with British University Vietnam (BUV) which aims to bring you the added value to your business, we conduct a series of training course on customer’s loyalty. To kick-off, the one-day course Customer Loyalty Measurement will provide you with answers for questions of how to measure your customer’s loyalty and with a comprehensive understanding of your business performance.

- Identify what drives Customer Loyalty, especially in Vietnamese market
