Bill aiming to ban trans youth's access to health care revived: Some Republican senators joined Democrats last week to defeat a bill that would ban access to health care for transgender youth in Louisiana. On Thursday, Republicans in the senate moved the bill to another legislative committee, which means one of the most divisive issues facing the legislature is still up for debate. James Finn reports. Teen escapee caught: The 17-year-old who escaped on foot while being transported to New Orleans juvenile court Wednesday morning has been caught. Another woman killed: The NOPD is investigating a homicide that took place in a home in Broodmoor Thursday night. The 34-year-old victim is the eighth woman killed by gun violence in the last six months. Also on Thursday, the coroner's office identified the seventh woman killed in the last month and a half.
