Travel Ban - 2 Entries Amended on the Consolidated List

On 29 August 2024 HM Treasury updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries have been amended on the Counter-Terrorism (Domestic) Regime, and are now subject to a travel ban in addition to an asset freeze:

• Mustafa Ayash (Group ID: 16459)
• Nazem Ahmad (Group ID: 15887)

This action is the first use of HM Treasury’s immigration measures under the Treasury-led domestic counter terrorism regime. More details about the immigration measures can be found here: Counter-Terrorism sanctions: guidance - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
