TRB Webinar: Diversity in Airport Business Contracting and Workforce Programs
The challenges of running inclusive and diverse organizations apply to airports of all types and sizes. TRB is hosting a webinar on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM Eastern that will discuss airport-specific guidelines for identifying and calculating benefits, costs, and regional economic impact of diversity contracting for airport businesses. Presenters will describe the challenges facing airports diversity and inclusion initiatives and identify best practices to mitigate those challenges in airport workforce programs. The webinar features research from ACRP Report 217: Guidance for Diversity in Airport Business Contracting and Workforce Programs.
