How can 3D printing be used to advance the transportation industry? TRB will conduct a webinar on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM Eastern that will explore the recent advancements, potential challenges, and future opportunities of 3D printing. Presenters will provide an overview of current knowledge about concrete additive manufacturing technologies suitable for transportation applications, and evaluate the potential applications of these applications. They will also discuss recommendations for possible future research needs in 3D printing of transportation structures.
This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Committee on Advanced Concrete Materials and Characterization.

Professional engineers (PEs) who register and attend the entire webinar as an individual will be awarded 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). TRBs webinar program awards PDH credits only to the registered individual, and not to other members of a group that view the webinar together. To be eligible for the credits, individuals must remain signed in for the entire webinar, including for any question and answer session following the presentations.
