Tree branch dragging from vehicle a good indication of the driver’s sobriety: Mayfield Police Blotter
Around 2:45 a.m. Oct. 19, officers observed a vehicle dragging a tree branch and upon stopping it, discovered that it had fresh damage to the bumper and a flat tire. The driver appeared to be under the influence and performed poorly on sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer.

Drunken man takes rough sex with roommate a bit too far: South Euclid Police Blotter
A resident came to the station Oct. 17 to report being assaulted by her roommate while they were engaged in sexual activities. She said the man, 28, had pushed her against a wall and repeatedly punched her in the stomach.
