In a 'between the scenes' clip shared on the talk show's social media, Noah discussed the queen's "complicated legacy" while sharing a story about his mom and gran, who died earlier this year.
 

"It really is a complicated legacy," the South African comedian said. "I know everybody wants to try, or many people want to try and distil it down one idea, one moment, one feeling. But I think it's far more complicated than that."
