It marks the start of the… “Halloween Effect”

It’s basically the opposite of the seasonal phrase “Sell in May and Go Away!”

Take a look at this ghoulish chart from Bloomberg showing the “Halloween Effect.”

 
 
Over the last 50 years, nearly all stock market gains have come between November 1st and April 30th.

In other words, Nov 1st kicks off the most historically BULLISH season for stock market investing.

This “Halloween Effect” even marked the beginning of the two recent bull runs we’ve seen since 2022, like a witch’s spell on the market…
