A professor at the University of Delaware has been formally reprimanded after he emailed a link to potentially sensitive content to the wrong colleague. The professor is appealing the reprimand, saying the text of his email is not "unprofessional" or "prohibited speech."

Lowe's will unveil an employee education program dubbed "Track to the Trades" at stores in four cities on March 1, with plans to roll it out nationwide. A Massachusetts trolley driver paid a man $2,000 to wear a Halloween mask and attack him at work so he could receive workers' compensation and disability insurance, authorities say. After the attack, police found fingerprints on a plastic pumpkin carried by the man, who said trolley driver Thomas Lucey had paid him to conduct the attack.
