It's the second half of November and new M&A auctions are still dropping from the skies.

Tonight we take a look at IGO Ltd's pitch to sell its $1.5 billion-odd stake in the Tropicana gold mine, which is kicking off via Macquarie Capital, as well as RBC Capital Markets' efforts to sell New Energy Solar's Australian solar farms.

Both deals have launched with flyers to potential buyers, and bidders have been told to get cracking now ahead of two part auctions to get under way in summer.

Meanwhile, there's plenty of action in IPOs this week, starting with HWL Ebsworth owner Alarcon and Fantastic Furniture holding company Fantastic Brands which will step up their pitching to investors.
