Trotwood man who lures man to his death, crashes during pursuit gets more than 25 years in prison

A Trotwood man will spend more than 25 years in prison for luring a man to his death in September 2022 and seriously injuring another driver when he crashed a stolen U-Haul more than a year later during a police pursuit.
