Troubled Carencro shopping center sold for just under $5 million

A Carencro shopping center built by a Baton Rouge company that filed for bankruptcy and was later billed by the city of Carencro for repairs has been sold.

The 10-unit, 25,000-square-foot Connoly Park, 107 Hector Connoly Road, was sold by a liquidator on behalf of Kimble Development for $4.65 million to a Lake Charles buyer, Sai Srk Creations, land records show.
