The proposed merger between Troutman Pepper and Locke Lord is moving forward, and our first items today are focused on the news. First, we have emerging details about the move between the two Am Law 50 firms, which would create a 1,600-lawyer firm. The merger is set to take effect beginning next year. Also, we bring you a look into how conflicts have rippled through ranks of the two merger partners.
