  With thousands of asylum-seeking migrants making their way toward the U.S.-Mexico border, the Trump administration is considering options Thursday to restrict or curtail their ability to enter the country. The possible move comes hours after administration officials said the Pentagon was preparing to deploy at least 800 troops to the border to confront the migrant caravan President Donald Trump described as a “national emergency.”
