Trump calls border security a 'crisis' but stops short of declaring a national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border

After President Donald Trump addressed the nation from the Oval Office Tuesday night, Congressional Democratic leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi strongly rebuffed Trump's call for billions in funding for a border wall to solve "a growing humanitarian and security and crisis in our southern border."
