Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade have been subpoenaed to testify at a Feb. 15 hearing on allegations that Willis financially benefited from hiring Wade, her alleged romantic partner, according to a lawsuit filed by a lawyer for one of former President Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case.
