Question of the Week.

Question of the Week

What's the telecommuting policy for your workplace?

In the past month, two large law firms--Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Jackson Lewis--have announced telecommuting policies for associates. Morgan Lewis is providing computer hardware for lawyers to work from home up to two days per week. Jackson Lewis is letting associates work from home "as needed."

This week, the ABA Journal talked to Sara Sutton Fell, the founder of telecommuting-focused career website FlexJobs, about how people who work from home can keep their careers moving forward.

We'd like to ask you: What's the telecommuting policy for your workplace? Is it strict or flexible? Does your employer provide hardware or kick in for internet service? And does the policy, whatever it may be, have a positive effect on employees and the company's productivity?

Answer in the comments.
