| Sept. 26, 2019 The Minnesota Twins smash their way to 300!A day after clinching the team's first division title since 2010, Jonathan Schoop hit the Twins' record 300th home run during this afternoon's game against the Detroit Tigers. Before Schoop's home run, the Twins were tied with the New York Yankees for the big league lead with 299 homers. Go Twins! President Trump will visit Minneapolis for a political rally in October as impeachment proceedings start in Washington. Trump’s campaign says it will take place at Target Center on Oct. 10. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, a Democrat, called Trump an unwelcome visitor.
