  In a sharp reversal of President Trump's frequent dismissal of Russian cyber-meddling, national security adviser H.R. McMaster said Russian interference in the 2016 election is beyond dispute. His comment at an international conference in Munich, Germany, comes a day after special counsel Robert Mueller filed criminal charges against 13 Russian nationals and three business related to a wide-ranging effort to undermine the presidential election.
