President Trump plans to halt payments to insurers under ObamaCare, two sources told the Associated Press. The White House said in a statement that the government cannot legally continue to pay the subsidies because they lack authorization by Congress. Xavier Becerra, California’s attorney general, called the decision “sabotage,” and promises lawsuit.
