Think about the people you Trust.
You Trust them because:
- Their word is their bond.
- They really understand you.
- Their motive is to help you.
- They have incredible ability in the area you count on them.
- Their character is beyond question.
- They have an incredible track record.

Unfortunately, we often sabotage our own Trust building ability without even realizing it. We might keep our word and have great character, but we never intentionally demonstrate our motive and our understanding to the other person.
