❤️ Greetings

I hope you're having a great weekend. It looks and feels like spring here in Los Angeles and temperatures are expected to feel like summer towards the end of the week, which is a welcome surprise for many.

On the travel front, it looks like there's some nasty weather in Dallas and Atlanta, which explains why American Airlines, Delta and Southwest Airlines are leading the way today in delays and cancellations. More details below.

In this issue:

TSA's Final Answer About Whether Peanut Butter is Considered a Liquid
Traveling in and around the U.S. has changed a lot in the last two decades. Especially after 9/11, when the government created the TSA. How I Overcame My Fear of Flying
One of the most frequent questions I get via email is: How did you overcome your fear of flying? I received another email with this question just yesterday so I wanted to share my story again, in the hope that it can help anyone who feels this way. I always take the time to reply to the emails I get about this because I know how debilitating and embarrassing it can be or feel. But there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. As someone who went from being afraid to leave the house to traveling over three million miles, I've learned a thing or two. Here's my story and my tips.
