Carnival Corp is soaring on an upbeat business update.
After Monday's closing bell, the cruise operator announced that last week was its biggest booking week in history. Carnival said it saw a double-digit increase in bookings from its previous one-week bookings record.
The company now has 22 of its 23 ships back in operation, and the final ship is expected to return to the seas on May 2nd. Carnival also has plans to add a new ship to its fleet in November.
CCL is leading the S&P 500 with a 3.9% gain.
System1 Inc [SST] - Last Close: $16.51
System1 is surging on strong earning s numbers.
The tech company reported earnings and revenues that beat Wall Street's targets by a wide margin. System1 earned net income of $31 million, marking a more than 4X increase from last year, and revenues of $238.9 million.
Analysts only expected net income of $13.7 million on revenues of $160.9 million. System1's full-year forecast of $1 billion also beat the consensus estimate of $994.8 million.
SST is trading actively with a 16.1% gain.
