Legislation station: Louisiana's state Legislature is stepping into a fight over trash collection in the French Quarter, with a proposed bill that aims to take some control from the mayor. And, as Sophie Kasakove reports, Louisiana lawmakers are also considering a bill that would make unauthorized camping illegal, an effort to crack down on homelessness that critics say amounts to "criminalizing poverty."
