John, has it occurred to you that just as much as you now want a beautiful vacation home, and to help millions of people every day, once these are done, you'll just as earnestly, passionately, and "badly" want to do, be, and have even more?

Of course it has.

So with this line of thinking, you also realize that you will never, ever have all you want, right? Oh, that's not so bad, it means as you constantly achieve, so will you simultaneously invent new dreams, just as you always have.

Brilliant.

So the trick then, to being happy, is learning to experience it even though you don't yet have all you want.
