This past month, as I work and play from Clearwater, Florida, we celebrated 18 years of Notes from the Universe and 1.5 billion emails sent, and when I think of all that these years have contained, humbled and awed, I see it as living proof that once you have a dream, no matter how sucky, embarrassing, and futile your baby steps seem; no matter how confused you feel and negative you are; no matter what you lack in self-confidence, how much you doubt the process, or bad-mouth your situation...
You will still prevail, so long as you: 1) keep dreaming, 2) keep diversifying, and occasionally, 3) saunter.
By “saunter,” I mean act as if your dream has already come true, which can be as simple as a deliberate, carefully orchestrated victory walk down the nearest hallway, every other day or so.
