How much fun is your life? The benefits of fun are legendary: more joy, better sleep, greater peace, improved health, longevity… not to mention, FUN!
While I love my life, I’m also keenly aware of its deficiencies, and having fun is one of them.
Here’s what I’m going to do about it:
1. First, I’m going to take a page from my daughter’s “book”: Pretty much more than anything else, if given any option, including spending the day at nearby Disney World, she would choose to a) play, b) with her friends. Not just to play, and not just to be with friends, but to play with them. (Odd how this formula is not mentioned in most books... at least not mine!) 😮
2. Second, I called one of my friends, Pam Grout (#1 New York Times bestselling author of E-Squared) to see if she wanted to play. She said, “Yes!” and so The Magical Mystery Manifesting Adventure kicks off April 21! 🖤
