Here's what not to do! Don't skimp. Consider adding more flavor, not less.
Consider substitutes. You may like them better. We do, at least in many recipes.
Here are some that we love:
Caramel. For us, caramel is the new vanilla. You'll love caramel whipped cream.
French Vanilla. You may know it as birthday cake flavor. Because it's not real vanilla, it's cheaper.
New York Vanilla. It has more of a liqueur flavor. Again, it's not real vanilla.
Brown Sugar Flavor. Love it! It doesn't taste like brown sugar flavor to me. It's a warm, soft background flavor that goes delightfully well with cinnamon.
