After less than a year of ownership, rap maestro Tyler, the Creator is parting ways with his Bel Air home. The Los Angeles native is seeking $7 million for modified midcentury modern structure, which includes a home theater that doubles as a library, a mirror-walled gym, views of city lights and an infinity-edged pool and spa. Elsewhere, actress Nia Long is moving on from longtime fiancée Ime Udoka, up into a new Hollywood Hills residence. Long's newly purchased midcentury digs include a serene courtyard, an outdoor fire-pit lounge area and a saltwater pool and spa.
