U-haul names Upstate cities fastest growing in S.C.

South Carolina is the No. 15 growth state in America, according to U-Haul data analyzing migration patterns from 2020. Greenville, Spartanburg and a couple Lowcountry spots are welcoming more new residents than anywhere else in the state.
