While any number of mistakes might be pointed to as a critical flaw in the agency’s “transformation”, the redirection of funding away from its greatest source of revenue (H1-B processing) must surely be the most egregious. Now, due to its mismanagement, the agency is inadvertently undermining the work of other federal agencies, such as the FBI and the CBP. |
