Two U.S. Park Police officers have turned themselves in days after being charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless discharge of a firearm in the Bijan Ghaisar case.
Fire officials say the homeowner smelled smoke and later saw the fire on the stove. He woke up his family including two children and they were able to escape the home.
