Now in its second year, Uber Canada and United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Canada’s national agreement is delivering results for drivers and delivery people:

• UFCW Canada’s representation services have helped 457 drivers and delivery people resolve account disputes or deactivations.

• UFCW Canada and Uber Canada are jointly advocating for provincial legislation that raises the bar for drivers and delivery people, protecting their flexibility while introducing benefits and protections, including a 120% minimum earning standard.

It’s no wonder why 82% of drivers and delivery people support this landmark agreement.
