WORLD ARCHITECTURE DAY 2022:

Created by the UIA in 1985, World Architecture Day is celebrated on the first Monday of October in parallel with UN World Habitat Day, for which the theme this year is Architecture for Well-Being. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s event spotlights how the build environment can affect well-being and how architects can, in the words of UIA President José Luis Cortés, “unite with the private, social and public sectors to find a holistic and harmonious balance between the built and natural environments.”

The UIA is organising on Monday, 3 October 2022 at 14:00 (CET) a webinar on Architecture for Well-being moderated by Ruzica Bozovic Stamenovic (Serbia) and including architects and experts from around the world.
