HSE has an obligation to report annually on the activity undertaken to evaluate registration dossiers and substances. This is described in Article 54 of UK REACH. The Article 54 report for 2023 can be found on HSEs website. The report also directs registrants to the recommendations to registrants which aim to improve the quality of future registrations.
