UL dive bar Loose Caboose, after reopening last year, faces lawsuit over alleged patron assault

by Adam Daigle | Acadiana business editor

Good morning, Acadiana business news readers. Let's get down to business.

You may recall the story from last year about The Loose Caboose dive bar near UL that reopened (depending on your age, you may have, um, other memories of the place). Now the bar is being sued by a patron who alleged he was assaulted over what he claims was a misunderstanding involving an employee's hat.

Now the owner of the bar says the suit and the fallout with the bar's insurance company is threatening to shut it back down.

You can read the full story here.

Have a great day and thanks for reading.
