BY JESSICA WILLIAMS | Capitol News Bureau Editor

Tort changes: Under Gov. Jeff Landry, conservatives are clocking big wins in the state. But there's a key exception, James Finn and Tyler Bridges report. An effort to limit damages awarded after personal injury lawsuits is stalling at the Capitol.

Abortion poll: Most Louisiana voters want the state to allow abortions within the first 15 weeks of pregnancy, a new poll shows. Lawmakers recently shot down attempts to soften the state's existing ban. Meghan Friedmann has the details.
