The DIALOG Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed for mid-level Black, Indigenous, and People of Color executives in programming and production.
The Program connects mentees with seasoned senior-level mentors, opening doors to new opportunities and providing invaluable support for professional growth. In addition to individual mentorship and group workshops, mentees will receive passes to Realscreen Summit 2025 and NATPE Global 2025.

Provide context: showcase achievements and goals
Highlight a connection between what you have already accomplished and what you aim to achieve; explain how the DIALOG Mentorship Program will help you advance your goals
Provide detail: articulate your DIALOG priorities
Outline what you hope to accomplish within the mentorship experience in as concrete (and concise) terms as possible; please be granular when it comes to defining your top mentorship outcome
