| Answering the Military’s Need for Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing (A-PNT), Which is Ready Today Date: Thursday, December 9, 2021 Time: 1pm EST Duration: 60 minutes + extra time for Q&A Sponsored Content by: Leondardo DRS Summary: U.S. military positioning technology relies heavily on the Global Positioning System (GPS). Yet, in recent years jamming, spoofing, and other forms of interference have grown in frequency and severity. This creates risks for military forces when encountering technologies that degrade the GPS capability on combat vehicles. The solution to this challenge is Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (A-PNT) – a way to provide accurate PNT information at all times under all conditions. Given this threat, Combatant Commanders are requesting alternate PNT systems to GPS for their maneuver formations. In this webcast you will learn about a variety of technologies and tiered solutions that can ensure our forces are able to win in a contested GPS environment for all ground vehicle platforms that are ready today and that can be fielded quickly and affordably. Speakers: Dr. Kevin Betts, Position, Navigation, and Timing Director. Leidos Innovation Center Mike Stucki, Business Development Director, Mission Systems Campaign
