I was invited by Gwyneth Moss, founder of the EFT Guild, to give a live presentation regarding Optimal EFT (OEFT).In it, I included its history, examples and Q&A from the EFT Guild audience. Announcing Sheri Baker’s Next OEFT Boot Camp

Attention prospective OEFT Boot Campers! The next Boot Camp for  Communicating With The Unseen Therapist is set to kick off on Saturday, 2/18, from 10:00 a.m. to noon (Eastern time), and will continue for the next five weeks: 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, and 3/25.

Offered only to the OEFT Course Membership, this six-week workshop is designed for advanced students of OEFT. The goal is to deepen our understanding of the foundational principles of Optimal EFT, elevate our communication skills with The Unseen Therapist, learn how to distinguish the difference between the voices of The Unseen Therapist and ego, improve our ability to offer reframes to help achieve those much sought after cognitive shifts, and much more.

The cost of the six-week Boot Camp is $500. Cost includes the OEFT Guidebook which highlights key information presented. If at some point you decide to pursue the one-year training to achieve certification in Complete EFT, I will credit this amount to your tuition. Past graduates and current participants in the Complete EFT Certification training program may attend the Boot Camp free of charge the first time. For all returning participants, cost is half price. 

This workshop will not be offered again until September 2023. If you feel called to get started on the road to OEFT mastery, please email me at sheribaker29@gmail.com. I’ll send an overview of the Boot Camp to you and answer any questions you may have.

Hi Gary,

Thought you'd like to know how much I am benefitting from attending one of the "drop-in" practice groups.  I attend the Asian group because it occurs at 7am my time in the US when I am always home and awake.  It has turned into a wonderful way to start the day - connecting with Unseen Therapist and other OEFT-ers.  The meeting only lasts 15 - 20 minutes, and we don't complete full sessions, but we do a single round of personal Peace procedure on our own and others' issues.  10 minutes of meditation. 

I have grown so much in ease of connection with Unseen Therapist since I've been participating in this group!  My practice has blossomed from having this time together each and every day (most days).  And I have made wonderful friends all over the world!  All in all it has been a very positive addition to my life and my practice.  Blessings to you,
