Why you should go: A trip on one of Rocky Mountaineer's routes is no average rail journey. Onboard, you'll enjoy regionally inspired food, local wines and craft beers as you travel through the Canadian Rockies or American Southwest. Plus, you'll ride in a luxurious glass-dome coach as onboard hosts share stories and information about the surrounding landscapes.

What's the big deal? Save up to $1000 per couple when you book select May-October journeys lasting 6 nights or longer. For routes in Canada, you'll save $780 (or $390 for solo travelers). For routes in the U.S., including the new 2024 Sounds in the Southwest package, you'll save $1000 (or $500 for solo travelers). These trips include onboard meals, snacks, drinks (including wine and beer) and hotel accommodations.

At time of publishing, we found prices for U.S. routes starting at $2511 per person with the discount, which is automatically applied to qualifying packages at checkout. For Canadian routes, we found prices starting at $2994 per person with the discount. (Pricing may vary based on changes in the USD-CAD exchange rate.)
