| AbGradCon (the Astrobiology Graduate Conference) provides a unique setting for astrobiologically-inclined graduate students and early career researchers to come together to share their research, collaborate, and network. AbGradCon is also followed by a 3-day Proposal Writing Retreat, where participants will learn how to craft, present, and evaluate a successful NASA proposal. |

International Summer School in Astrobiology

| The Josep Comas i Solà International Astrobiology Summer School is co-sponsored by the NASA Astrobiology Program and the Centro de Astrobiologia. Held annually in Santander, Spain, it has become a tradition in the astrobiology community. The week-long program for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows provides lectures from international experts, round-table discussions, student projects, night-sky observations, and a half-day field trip to a nearby site of astrobiological interest. In 2020, the school will be held from June 15 – 19, 2020, and the focus will be Searching for Life on Mars: Techniques and Challenges. |

Early Career Collaboration Award |
|
| The NASA Astrobiology Early Career Collaboration Award offers research-related travel support for undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and junior scientists. Applicants are encouraged to use these resources to circulate among two or more laboratories supported by the NASA Astrobiology Program (Exobiology, Planetary Science and Technology Through Analog Research, MatiSSE, PICASSO and the Habitable Worlds Programs), however any travel that is critical for the applicant’s astrobiology research will be considered. |
