Welcome to our 100th issue! Welcome to the 100th edition of the quarterly UKAS UPDATE. Our newsletter has changed a lot over the years, evolving from a printed magazine to the e-UPDATE you now receive. In spite of the changes, we still aim to provide a comprehensive update on UKAS activities across a broad range of accreditation. This quarterly newsletter includes further information on the role played by accreditation in our nation's mission towards net zero, innovative new accreditations designed to support children's online safety and technology designed to ensure the best hygiene and cleaning protocols within healthcare settings. You also have an update on the implementation and accreditation of the UKCA regime and another opportunity to view the webinar held with BEIS on this topic. We hope that you will find this edition of UPDATE informative and interesting. Please forward this to your colleagues if you think they would benefit from this newsletter.
