How to Support the Big Move |
Many people have asked how they can help Dazzle at Baurās evolve into its next phase. You can help us move by purchasing a gift certificate or sponsorship. The $1,000 sponsorship level helps with all new furniture purchases šŖš¤šŖ Contact Donald Rossa at Donald@DazzleDenver.com. For 36 months (approximately Aug. ā22 - July ā25) you get: You name on the commissioned art wall. Pre-sale access to shows before the public, and we expect many of our shows to sell out quickly this fall! Invites to wine & beer tastings and other informal events. Priority seating. Artist meet & greet, when available.

| Ken Walker SextetThursday, September 1 - 7pm The Ken Walker Sextet is an iconic and beloved jazz group which has played together for more than two decades and have been Dazzleās Artists in Residence since 2011. The music is always swinging, often funky, and sometimes even profound. The repertoire ranges from jazz standards, to post bop tunes, original compositions, and always, always inspired by Eddie Harris!

| Denver Video Game Jazz All StarsSaturday, September 3 - 7pm This show features a 60 minute performance from 7:00-8:00 PM, a 20 minute intermission, followed by another 60 minute performance from 8:20-9:20. Ticket holders are welcome to stay through the whole show. Denverās premiere Video Game Jazz band, playing familiar tunes from video games across the spectrum. From Mario to Zelda, Sonic to Undertale, be prepared for captivating arrangements played by some of Denverās best up and coming young musicians versed in multiple styles. Here is the floor plan, as both a birdseye view of the space and front view. 1) The entrance in in the middle. The main music space is on the right, with the stage in the center, designed as 'music in the round'. Along the back wall and the far right wall, there are two different levels of banquets, which creates three different sightlines within the room, to allow for better viewing of the musicians. 2) The bar is to the left of the entrance, with tables in front of it. These tables would be tier 3 or not used for smaller shows. 3) Farther to the left is a piano bar, which is intended to be a causal meeting space where conversations can happen with minimal distractions to the performance, like when Dazzle was on Lincoln. |
