Good evening,

Good evening,

The Aussie-fication at American gaming and lotteries company Scientific Games could be set to gain another leg.

Scientific Games, which is now overseen by former Aristocrat boss Jamie Odell and counts Sydney’s Caledonia (Private) Investments as its biggest shareholder, is thinking about an ASX-listing.

The company has drafted in Jarden Australia’s investment bankers to help run the numbers, and is feeding the results into a group-wide strategic review considering its options.

It remains to be seen if Scientific Games pulls the trigger – but you would have to think Australia’s supportive capital markets and investor sentiment towards Aristocrat would bode well for any deal.

Elsewhere, we look at Keypath Education’s pitch for its IPO, and Infrabuild’s ability to avoid getting tangled up at Whyalla.
